The celebration for GTK’s newest international graduates will take place on Thursday, 25 June 2026.

The Faculty of Economics (ELTE GTK) is proud to announce that another group of international students has successfully passed their final exams and will receive their diploma at the International Graduation Ceremony at 2 p.m. (CEST) on Thursday, 25 June 2026. This is going to be the fifth event specifically organised for the international graduates of the Faculty’s two English-language bachelor’s programmes, International Business Economics BA (8 semesters) and Finance and Accounting BA (7 semesters). 

The current cohort is highly diverse: while most of the graduating students have come from far-away places like Vietnam, China, Egypt, Nigeria, Syria, and Bangladesh, Europe is also represented by a graduate from North-Macedonia. This diversity truly represents the multicultural values ELTE GTK stands for. We sincerely hope that by sharing classes, projects, as well as free-time activities with the Faculty’s Hungarian and other international students during their time in Budapest, these graduates have increased their global awareness and intercultural competences. May the personal and professional relationships forged here during their studies continue beyond their graduation day! 

Graduates and guests will be informed on the details of the ceremony (exact time and venue) by email a few days before the big day.
