Final exam

Information on the final examination (including the semester-specific schedule, the requirements and conditions of taking the final examination, the details of the registration and of the thesis submission, as well as the examination procedure and the assessment) is available on the Moodle page dedicated to international students.

The programme-specific topic list for the final examination is available (in English) on the Hungarian Faculty website, under the Section “KÉPZÉSSPECIFIKUS INFORMÁCIÓK”. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to access the topics of your specific programme.

The same page also houses the "Frequently Asked Questions for the BSc Final Exam" section. Read it carefully to find the answers to your questions.

If you have any questions concerning the final examination after reading all the detailed information on the Moodle page for international students, contact Dr Gabriella Lamanda (lamanda.gabriella@gtk.elte.hu).

IMPORTANT:

  • All students need to obtain a pre-degree/final certificate (abszolutórium) to take the  final examination. Information on this and other eligibility requirements is accessible under Current Student > Diploma and Graduation, as well as on the Moodle page for international students. The page also includes a step-by-step guide to checking your eligibility for the pre-degree/final certificate.

  • Registration for the final exam: Students actually register for a "final exam PERIOD" and not a specific date. The exact schedule (whose exam is on which day) is drawn up by the Student Affairs and Registrar's Office shortly before exams. Registry informs the students about their exam day and time directly.
