Please note that arrival and enrolment are possible until 30 September.
Neptun codes will be provided during the enrolment process.
Class registration for first year SH and DP students, as well as the Faculty’s Erasmus and guest students is performed centrally, by ELTE GTK Registry.
Erasmus students from other faculties, follow your faculty’s guidelines regarding class registration. If you have not done so yet, please complete the ELTE Faculty of Economics Incoming Application Form data sheet.
ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO PRESENT DURING ENROLMENT
ALL STUDENTS:
- Passport (with visa, if applicable) - EU citizens: ID or passport
- Covid vaccination certificate/Immunity Certificate (European Green Card) – if you have one
STIPENDIUM HUNGARICUM STUDENTS & SELF-FINANCED STUDENTS:
- School leaving certificate/Secondary or high school diploma with grades
- Official English translation of the above if it was not issued in English or if it is not bilingual
- Housing contract (proof of temporary address) – if you already have it. If not, it must be presented at the International Office by 10 September
- Language exam certificate
Please bring along 2 PHOTOCOPIES of the above documents. It is best if you make the copies before your departure. The independent photocopy place at 5 Rákóczi út (Building R, downstairs) may also be open when you come.
