International applications and admissions exams underway

ELTE Faculty of Economics accepts international students to two English-language programmes: International Business Economics (8 semesters, 240 credits) and Finance and Accounting (7 semesters, 210 credits).

The application process for PROSPECTIVE STIPENDIUM HUNGARICUM STUDENTS ended in mid-January and now applicants are getting ready for their admissions exams. The exams consist of a written and an oral part, both of which are online.

Written exam: Monday, 3 April 2023 (24-hour window)
Oral exam/interview: Monday-Wednesday, 17-19 April (choice of interview slots)

More information is available on the website and further details (platforms, slots, etc.) will be sent to the applicants by email.

The application platform for SELF-FINANCED STUDENTS is open until 7 May 2023. The requirements and the procedure are described in detail on the website. The admissions exams are scheduled for mid-late May. Details will be emailed to those candidates whose application documents are approved by ELTE GTK’s team.

After the exams, all applications will be ranked, and a final decision will be made. Prospective students will be notified of the Faculty’s decision in writing in the summer to allow them to arrange their visa, accommodation, health insurance, etc.
