Over 250 students applied for Erasmus after Info Session
On the 24th of February, the day did not end at the Faculty of Economics after the enrolment and info session held for new incoming Erasmus and guest students.

Representatives of the International Office team and the Student Affairs and Registrar’s Office participated in the Information Session for Hungarian students interested in studying or doing their internship abroad with Erasmus. The participants were given detailed information about the Erasmus application process, the documentation, and the deadlines. They were also given a brief introduction to further mobility opportunities available at ELTE (Coimbra group, CHARM-EU). In addition to the practical matters, participants also had a chance to hear some stories from our returning students. Dalma Horváth talked about her time in Ås, Norway, and Zita Báthory shared her experiences of living in Istanbul, Turkey. Both had a very memorable and eventful semester in their chosen country.

The event proved to be a great success, filling classroom Q101 to its capacity and providing the students with a wealth of useful information.

More than 250 students submitted their applications by the 6 March deadline. The applications are being processed now and we hope to be able to greet many applicants among the winners. Those who do not win an exchange semester now, should not despair either as they will be able to apply again in the autumn.

We wish all successful applicants a rewarding and exciting Erasmus semester!
