Introducing ISAC GTK: Bridging Gaps
The International Student Advisory Committee (ISAC) of Eötvös Loránd University serves as a representative body for international students and a bridge between international and Hungarian students of all faculties, years, and categories.

ISAC is dedicated to enhancing the experience of ELTE’s 4,500 international students. Our mission is to provide support, foster inclusion, and bridge the gap between international and Hungarian students. We achieve this by offering practical assistance both during and beyond our office hours, and through close collaboration with GTK HÖK, to coordinate events and activities that cater to both personal and professional growth. Whether it is career-related, culture-focused, or simply for fun, we bring students together to build lasting relationships.

We are now happy to introduce ISAC GTK’s three international members:

Hagar Sabek, Team Leader: Hi everyone! My name is Hagar Sabek, a third-year Finance and Accounting student from Egypt and a Stipendium Hungaricum scholarship recipient. I’m honored to serve as GTK's Team Leader for the newly established International Student Advisory Committee (ISAC). Alongside my colleagues at GTK, Rita Albittar and Le Ha Anh, our goal is to make the Faculty of Economics, and ELTE as a whole, a more inclusive place for international students, following ISAC's mission of bridging the gap between Hungarian and international students. I look forward to connecting with and supporting international students both personally and academically, representing their interests, and organizing various events! Got questions, event ideas, or just want to reach out? Feel free to get in touch! E-mail: hagarwsabek@student.elte.hu.

Le Ha Anh, Vice-President, BoYL and Event Organization: I'm Ha Anh, a 3rd-year International Business Economics student with a Sipendium Hungaricum scholarship, and am currently the Vice President of BoYL within ISAC (Book of Your Life project). Understanding the challenges international students may encounter, I'm passionate about making ISAC a reliable source of information, support, guidance, and companionship. Through a diverse range of events and workshops, we aim to equip you with essential skills as well as help you feel truly at home here at ELTE GTK. Don’t hesitate to reach out!" Email: lehaanh@student.elte.hu.

Rita Albittar, MarCom Representative: Hi everyone! I’m Rita Albittar, a 2nd-year Finance and Accounting student, and I’m thrilled to join ISAC as the Marketing and Communications representative for GTK. I believe in bridging gaps, especially in our global economy, so I’m here to support you, answer your questions, and help make your experience smoother. I also hope to encourage building connections through fun activities, collaborative events, and open-minded discussions. Alongside Hagar and Ha Anh, I’m here for you — just reach out anytime!" Email: ritalbittar@student.elte.hu.

We look forward to building a stronger, more connected ELTE and GTK community together!
